<p>What is the best college/university i could go to? I messed up freshman year a and little sophomore year so my gpa isnt that great and my class rank is not in the top 10 %. close, but not quite.
Unweighted GPA: 3.75 (3.9 without freshman year)
9th grade-90.5 (AP and accelerated classes)
10th grade-94.5 (AP and honor classes)
11th grade-96 (FULL IB)
12th grade-? (FULL IB)
SAT: 2260 (M-780, R-740, W-740)
Lots of extracarricular activities including Varisty XC and Track and Field, Vice president Theatre, NHS, Started Chess club, communications club, student council delegate, Vice president AP World History Club, lots and lots of service hours.

<p>What are the best colleges/universites i can get into? Especially with full International Baccehloreate Program and i improved throught the years. Could i get into Cornell?</p>

<p>Since you’ve shown improvement, it shouldn’t hurt that much. You have a decent chance at cornell. Look into schools like Vanderbilt, Rice, WUSTL, and some of the small liberal arts colleges (and safeties). Your ECs and scores are good. You seem to emphasize the fact that you have a lot of ECs. I communicated with a ___ admissions officer and she said it’s not about how much you have; in fact, the more you have, the more we question your commitment. Now, have some ECs and make sure you show that you are passionate. </p>
