Chance me for Cornell?

Hi, I am a junior in Plano West Senior High School (note that Plano is a very competitive school district), and I wanted to know what my chances for getting into Cornell would be?

The vast majority of courses I have taken are either Honors or AP. I'm switching into Regulars Precalculus next semester, but I still plan to do some sort of Biology major. I don't know how much that's going to impact my chances of getting into Cornell...because I've done Honors all the way through high school. I plan to take AP Statistics during senior year. I know I'm supposed to have a strong math background, but I'm going through health issues at the moment and my grades are dropping in Precal, so my parents are telling me to transfer from the Honors class to the Regulars class in Precal. How much is that going to impact my chances of getting in?

The Precalculus program at my school happens to be extremely tough, and also, the best in the nation, according to one of my teachers. That teacher said that if we were making a C or lower in the class, our grades would drop by 10 points the next semester, so I am moving out of the class. I already have a C-, so things aren't looking too good, even though I am consistently getting extra help and studying for Precal all the time.

Here is my profile of stuff.

Class Rank: Top 25%
GPA (weighted): 3.92
SAT scores: 1900-2100
PSAT scores: 190
ACT scores: Haven't taken one yet, I took PLAN in 10th grade. I could get a 28-32 based on how things are looking lately.

Courses:
7th/8th grade- took Spanish and Algebra I Honors, Gateway to Tech (all were counted for HS credit)

9th grade- Spanish 2 Honors, Orchestra, Health/PE, Honors Biology, Gifted and Talented- Humanities (Honors credit), Human Geography AP (3 on AP exam), Honors Geometry

10th grade- Honors Scientific Research and Design, European History (4 on AP exam), Gifted and Talented Program- World History AP (3 on exam), Chemistry Honors, Honors Algebra 2, Honors English, Honors Spanish 3

11th grade- AP Environmental Science, AP US History, AP Language, Honors Physics, AP Music Theory, Honors Precalculus (doing poorly in Honors, switching to Regulars next semester), AP Psychology (semester) and Principles of Information Tech (semester)

12th grade- Here is what I have planned: AP Lit, AP Stat, AP Bio (2 block), (AP Gov and Econ or possibly AP Chemistry, Anatomy and Physiology, AP Comp Sci) <-- haven't decided about those yet, Senior release

Summer School: credit acceleration: PE Foundations and Comm Apps

Extracurriculars: LASER (Science Fair- was an officer), Student Council (class representative, 1 year), Psychology Club (class representative), Neuroscience Club (gonna start that club and be a president), Junior World Affairs Council (1 year), National Honor Society, piano, tennis (1 year), Chinmaya Mission (2 years), Reflections

Awards/Achievements: numerous piano awards, some Science Fair awards, AP Scholar, Reflections awards...that's all I can remember, I think there is more.

Miscellaneous Accomplishments: designed stuff for companies, started an online business for 2 years, doing research at a lab in UTD, plan to get a job or internship over summer, volunteered at an elementary school in India over a summer

Please chance me? Any suggestions on what I can improve here?
