Currently a high school senior who screwed his high school career up real bad with a 3.09 CSU GPA and 1030 new SAT score, what are my chances at: Fullerton, Northridge, Cal Poly Pomona, and Long Beach?
Thank you.

CSU’s admit by eligibility index and major. (CSU GPA x800) + (SAT Math+CR). Your EI is 3502.
All the CSU’s on your list look like Reaches due to your Eligibility index. CSUN or Cal Poly Pomona may be possible if you are a local applicant (in the local service area) where you get priority. Here is the link to look up your local service area: http://www.calstate.edu/sas/onestopkiosk/documents/CSULocalAdmission-ServiceAreas.pdf
I suggest to apply to 1 or 2 of these schools and add a few more likely Cal States depending upon your intended major.
San Jose State, Sacramento State, San Marcos, Channel Islands, Humboldt, Stanislaus, Dominguez Hills, Cal State LA, Monterey Bay are some good CSU’s where you would have a better chance.
SJSU is the only CSU that publishes their EI thresholds for all majors so can see if you qualify.

Good Luck.
Great list above, I’d also consider Sonoma.
Good luck.
