Intended Major - Business (Undecided) or Computer Engineering

pretty good considering acceptance rate is 77%, I’m looking to attend Fall 2019 also! Best of Luck!

Do not use this as an explanation. It shows you are not able to manage your time or prioritize academics. Focus on improvement in gpa.

CU Boulder has become very popular in the last few years so your chances for Computer Engineering with your gpa are honestly low. I’d go for Business instead.
