Chance me for Dartmouth ED?

GPA: 3.98 UW, ACT: 35, AP: Chem:5 USH:5 Lang: 5
AP Scholar, National Merit Commended Student, NSHSS
EC's: Co-founder and Pres. Nature Club (10-12), VP Physics Club (10) Pres. (11-12), Played club lacrosse for three years until I stopped due to injuries, play cello outside of school (11-12), part of a leadership program all four years, did summer@Brown for Astrophysics/Cosmology, some community service for the state parks (CA), but pretty sparse

You have an excellent chance of getting in, especially with that ACT

I agree. Dartmouth LOVES good test scores and the only people who have gotten in at my school are those with the best test scores and grades with most challenging course-load. That being said, Dartmouth is an ivy league school with low acceptance rates. Put your heart into your essays and especially the alumni interviews, which are definitely part of the equation. Good luck!

Wow, thanks both of you! Honestly wasn’t expecting such a supportive response, College Confidential is usually pretty harsh. I’ll gladly chance back if you want.
