First, I understand that Dartmouth is a reach for nearly everyone, but I have no knowledge on the transfer standards that Dartmouth has. I’m hoping to gain a little insight here. Thank you!
I’m going to be a rising junior (Class of 2019) at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. There have been a few things that happened recently that made me consider looking to transfer to other schools, preferably ones that rank better than the program I’m in now.
Here’s the rundown:
At UMASS:
GPA: 3.4
Major: Finance
Commonwealth Honors College Member
Held a Chair at my fraternity
Internships:
- High-Tech Analyst Firm, Research Intern
- Urban Development Non-Profit, Intern
- Real Estate Development Firm, Finance Intern
All internships are unique and are catered toward what I want to do for a career
Club lacrosse player
From High School (not sure how important this is)
