You do not need to go to a top ranked school to get a great college education. Please please…choose your potential colleges based on something beside prestige or rank.
There are plenty of other colleges where you would be a welcome student and where you could perhaps get enough aid to afford to attend.
So…before anything else…do you have from your parents an annual amount they will spend for college? Get that number. Many of the colleges on your list are $75,000 a year…or more. Can they pay that? Will you qualify for need based aid?
Re: your chances at Cal…they are low. This school is a reach for everyone who applies. Everyone.
Duke is a competitive school for admissions as well.
You need to consider all of this when crafting your college list.
In my opinion both Cal and Duke cannot be viewed as sure things…and they are expensive.
