Pratt is highly focused on scores. Your ACT is at about the 50th percentile. EE is also a tough major with lots of others showing interest. Being an Asian male you should target schools where your scores are >75th percentile. The other weakness I see is lack of any ECs of national/international prominence. The Why Duke essay will play an important role.
Overall I’d say you have a 50/50 chance which is much better than the general population who applies. Good luck.
Trinity is a bit more lax on the ACT. Your scores would be about the 60th percentile for Trinity. However don’t apply to Trinity because you think it would be easier. It has to be a good match. The readers will see through it if you try to game the listed choice of major. What major within Trinity is a good match?
BME at Pratt is probably the most competitive of all.
