Chance me for duke, georgetown, nyu, and ucsb

I’m a senior in Michigan and applied ed to duke, RD to nyu and sb, EA to Georgetown. I have legacy @ duke. Here are my stats:
ACT: 32
GPA: 4.19 weighted 9-12 (4.4 10-12)
AP/honor count: 13 (including senior year) 2 freshman, 3 sophomore, 3 junior, 5 senior
Extracirriculars:

  • 4+ leadership and service hours a week
  • 12 hours working a week
  • service trips
  • summer camp counselor
  • 2 varsity sports + awards
  • math award soph year
    Major:
    Biology

idk if this helps but i’ve had an extremely rough family life and wrote about it in the extra section

Georgetown highly recommends 3 SAT subject tests. Do you have them?

UCSB for OOS is going to be expensive at 65,000 a year. And the UC GPA calculation for OOS is going to be different. Only AP/DE/IB classes taken in 10-11 grades will get the additional GPA boost.

High match for NYU but that is an expensive school.

Did you apply to UMich? I think that would be a good match. I don’t see any EC that correlates to biology, which could set you back for Duke, Gtown and NYU. Your grades are good and your family situation could be taken into account. Good luck, I’m also applying to Duke currently. Let us know about your ED decision.

Your academic performance seems consistent enough, although your ECs are a little lackluster. Might be a bit concerned about your choice of major given your activities. Factoring in your legacy, you definitely have a good shot at even Duke, but I would definitely keep some safeties in mind in case
