I know I have yet to take my Sat iis and my ACT, which are important factors in college app, but if I were to get (750+) on sat ii and 34+ on ACT, what are my chances?

I would say it’s a reach due to your SAT score (which isn’t bad, but just doesn’t put you at the front of the applicant pool) and your UW GPA (kind of low compared to other applicants). Your ECs are pretty good. If you got a 34+ on the ACT, I would change it to a low-mid reach.
