Personally, my dream school is Duke, and I want to major in Biomedical Engineering.

This is all I could think of. I know I’m missing some.

I think your chances are as good as any competitive candidate, maybe a little better with the ISEF win (was that of the whole competition, or just your category?) I think overall you are a quite strong candidate, so I’ll just comment on the few things that stick out to me as possible issues:

  1. Several of your ECs (most, it seems) you only did for a year or two, and the ones you specified seemed to only be in 11th and/or 12th grade. While you may have truly gained these interests late in high school, joining two honor societies late as well as some other short-lived, seemingly throwaway ECs may not seem genuine and may not be worth including unless you have specific things to speak to.
  2. I also think some of your long-term ECs (namely, Forensics Club, Cancer Awareness Club, and Medical Clubs) seem by name to be kind of fluffy clubs that you wanted to be president of to show leadership. If that's not the case, make sure you explain the clubs well to show your true interest in them and their true value.
  3. Your ECs are almost all academic, which isn't bad, just make sure to show how your personality will contribute to the campus as well as the classroom.

I think if you focus on the ECs you’ve put lots of time into/been acclaimed in (dance, robotics, volunteering, ISEF) and present yourself well, you have a good chance at UVA, a fairly good chance at Duke, and a low but not out of range chance (as most do) at the Ivies (though obviously it varies among them). Good luck!

Looks good. You didn’t share URM, First Gen, Pell, Legacy, Recruited Athlete, Class Rank?
