Chance me for early action??

GPA: my school doesn’t calculate GPA but I think it is around 3.7 unweighted and 4.4 weighted.
My school calculates weighted numeric average which I think Georgia Tech takes as it is.

  • but I realized in the tech supplemental questions I had made two grammar mistakes (cringe) one is very minor and hardly noticeable but the other one is very obvious.

Please let me know where I stand for Early Action this year.
Thanks!!!

Also I come from a school where everyone’s smart so I may not look very competitive compared to them, (my class rank is probably top 25%) Does ga tech care about this or compare applicants to others in their own school?

I would be surprised if you didn’t get in, I have fairly similar grades with a 4.5 gpa weighted school doesn’t rank and a 34 act.

Thank you! I am freaking out because I did really badly in bc calculus this year and If i get deferred they are going to see that grade lol. And I know how much georgia tech stresses calculus and math classes.

I agree, you have test scores outside of the median and a competitive GPA. With 10 AP classes I’d say you have a really good shot.
Good Luck!
