Chance me for economics will chance back

Chance me please
Hi! I go to a private high school in Turkey. In the Turkish system, we had to take an exam before going to high school. And I am in a school where the student with the lowest score on the exam was in 99th percentile, so we are all geniuses lol. I am saying this because my GPA is not so high and that is the reason. I am hoping to do an econ degree.

Thank you!!!

Your chances should be high, though schools like Yale are absolutely unpredictable. But you’re definitely an extremely competitive applicant.

Chance me back?
I will be applying to Yale very soon (class of 2018). I’m applying RD but Yale is my absolute top choice.

Country: France (international student), middle-class 100% French family, self-taught English speaker

Income bracket: $75,000 per year, financial aid applicant

Gender: female

Age: 16

Ethnicity: white

Intended major: Economics

SAT I: took it recently hoping to get about 2000

SAT II: taking Lit, Spanish and World History (might take Maths 2 instead) in December, think I can get 750, 800 and 750

GPA: 4.0 (Weighted) all four years of high-school

French grades: 17.5 in the Baccalaur

What is a “100% French family”?

You just cant get in even if you had cured cancer with 2000 SAT.

keesh17, I just meant that my heritage is only French, even if you go back 10 generations.

darthvader2, I haven’t taken my SAT for the second time yet. Apart from my scores, what do you think?

Ok, just make sure you don’t mention that in essays or anywhere else on the applications.

You dont have any good ECs. Even if they were good you dont have any major success. So whatever.
