Chance me for ED at Bryn Mawr and Kenyon. I will chance back!

<p>So, I am applying ED for sure, but cannot decide whether to apply to Kenyon or Bryn Mawr, or if I have a chance at either...</p>

<p>GPA: 3.28 (weak, I know)
Full IB Diploma Candidate</p>

<p>4 years english, jr. and sr. year IB.
4 years science, inc. physical science, chemistry, IB Bio (2 year), and IB Physics
4 years math; through IB Math (calc)
4 years spanish
AP Govt.
IB Ceramics
IB Business 2 year
TOK
CAS
etc...</p>

<p>31 ACT
1970 SAT (I don't need to report this necessarily)</p>

<p>Extra Curriculars:
2 years student council
2 years AP/IB student council
YWCA Young woman of achievement (only one at HS)
water polo 3 years (1 year state champs, 1 year runner up, this year we don't know yet) 30 hours a week July through October
Summer Job cashier 1 year 25 hours/week
2 years literary arts staff at HS; won national awards and recognition)
4 years Respect Yourself (community service/ auditioned play) 40 hrs/year
etc... im busy!</p>

<p>Honestly, what are my chances for ED at Bryn Mawr or Kenyon?</p>

<p>I’m not too familiar with either of those colleges, but from what I looked up I think you have a chance at both Bryn Mawr and Kenyon. Your GPA is a little low for both of those (I’m assuming you posted your unweighted) but your test scores meet the average for the colleges. Your EC’s seem decent, especially the 3 years of Water Polo, but the GPA is a little low. Maybe if you have some circumstance to explain that, you could get away with it. Its a bit of a reach, but then again I am not too familiar with either college.</p>

<p>Also, I should add that nobody from my high has applied to Bryn Mawr before, and I go to a very competitive public high school…</p>
