Chance me for ED at Cornell/ Rice

Hey guys! I was wondering if any of you could give me a rough estimate of my chances at getting into Cornell or Rice University. I want to get into the college of Arts and Sciences at Cornell with a Major in Physics and I am applying ED. My stats are:
rank-19/729
GPA-4.0
weighted- 5.25/6.0

SAT I
M-690
W-670
CR-630

SAT II
Physics - 780
Math II- 750
Chem - 750

APs
4 in physics B & C mech
4 in chem
4 in English Lit
4 in USH
3 in World history

I have done a lot of volunteer work with the Environmental science Club at my school (I am the president). I am in AV club, NHS, and I was part of the Masterminds team. I am also in the Glee club, choir, and UIL science. On an unrelated note, I have started an astrophysics club and helped organize the first Physics C class at my High School.

So you have a 1990 sat score? For those schools I recommend bringing your sat up to at least 2100 preferably 2200. Your GPA and rank are great. ECs may need a bit more work.
At this point I say you have maybe a 25% chance of getting accepted into either of those schools.

Chance me back! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1355917-chance-me-tamu-ut-austin-ukmc-rice-utd.html

thanks! I planned to take my SAT again in November. I am also a Math Tutor at Mathnasium tutoring company, will that help me?

Yes of course! Everything helps and that’s a good EC.

You might want to improve your SAT score. Otherwise, you’ll be fine. Are you an officer in any of those clubs?

Yes! I know my SAT will improve in November to at least 2050+ I was historian of SkillsUSA and I am president of Environmental club and president of Astrophysics club

And if it helps, I am Hispanic

that helps a LOT, should have mentioned it. You’re in ED to whichever one you choose, could even aim higher.

really?? I knew it was a factor, but not to that extent. Besides SAT, is there anything I can improve on? Will the fact that I started a physics club and helped start the first Physics C class at my high school help my chances at these colleges?
