Chance me for ED at Duke? Suggestions to improve chances?

If there's anything you believe can improve my chances, please say!

Basic Stats - I live in North Carolina, 4.0 UW GPA, 33 ACT, rising senior, Top 50,000 National Merit Scholarship (doubt I'll make it to semifinalist)

Major, Future Plans, etc. - Biophysics, Want to go to med school, looking specifically at radiology

High School - I go to an Early College. For Junior/Senior year, I'm taking five classes a semester, one high school class, the other four being college classes. When I graduate next year, I will also receive an Associate's Degree in Science. At this point, I have taken Calc I and General Physics I, and by the end of senior year I hope to have taken up to Calc III (maybe Differentials) and General Physics II. This is to prepare for my intended major and med school. Yes, I am aware that my credits will not transfer and I will have to take these courses over again.

Extracurricular - My school doesn't have the funding for sports or clubs. However, we do have a Quiz Bowl team, which I have been in since the beginning of high school. We have come extremely close to making nationals, though haven't, and I am currently the captain. I have played piano competitively since age 7, and have competed at state level multiple times. This summer, I am volunteering at my local hospital for 12 hours a week. Hopefully, I will also have the chance to job shadow a radiologist. Senior year I plan to get a job tutoring college students at JCC.

Other - My counselor will give me an absolutely amazing rec (I can't emphasize that enough), and my teacher recs should also be great. I'm a good essay writer, which hopefully won't be an issue, and I should be getting an interview.
