Now I'm wondering if I have a shot at getting in under Early Decision. Also, if there are other kids from my school also applying ED, will I be directly competing with them as well as with everyone else doing ED.

Philly suburbs?

1) where in PA is big factor

2) your SAT is actually 2110. i think your scores are fine. but im not so sure about your leadership activities/ ec’s. i would have loved to see you stay in football for four years. i think its a huge plus when admissions people see an asian playing a black/white dominated sport such as football and basketball. you “rarely” (sure there are some) that have brains and play sports like these. i see smart people playing volleyball, tennis, and compete in swim… not to degrade those people and those sports. im sure they are just as competitive and time consuming… but im just saying you dont really see high achieving asians playing football or basketball…

not that that had anything to do with your chancing.. but i think you have a fair shot as of now. things might change depending your new sat score.

North east PA (not a city school). Oh and ya my SAT is 2110 (no edit button? sheesh).

Thanks for your feedback.
