You definitely have a decent chance, you seem like a very solid candidate. Keep in mind however that there are so many other candidates (esp. asian) with perfect or very near perfect scores, 4.0s or near 4.0s and other incredible ECs and stuff vying for the same position. ED will definitely help increase your chances. Best of luck!
