That’s a really excellent transcript. It will definitely enable you to go somewhere great, a place that will lead the way for you to be whatever you want to be in life. For Tulane, you do need to show quite a bit of interest. Visit if you are able. At a minimum attend a local information session. I would emphasize all of the community service work that you have done and let them know how you might continue that work n in New Orleans. I would also be very creative about what you want to study, emphasizing interdisciplinary work and the possibility of a double major. I would talk about any cross cultural diversity you might be able to bring. By that, you don’t have to be an underrepresented minority, but if you have come a long way toward mastering a foreign language, have traveled extensively or have an interest in a particular region, you should let the committee know. Any accomplishments in STEM these days are of course highly valued. You’ll have some ground to make up on your competitors standardized test-wise, but if you are serious about going to Tulane and you put the effort into it and show lots of interest, you do have a shot so it is worth applying. Best of luck to you!
