Oh and I’m applying to Trinity to major in Economics

Bump plz…Any thoughts would be helpful

I remember reading a quote where Guttentag said many borderline applicants ED with a significant gap in their application may be deffered to RD, because they want to see what the regular pool has to offer. I don’t know if your GPA counts as a significant gap, because you have a reason for the drop. Even though you have a legitimate reason, you may still be a borderline applicant. If your essays are good, however, there is no reason you can’t be accpeted, as the rest of your application looks stellar! Good luck!

Thanks man, I really appreciate the input. These 2 weeks until the decisions are released are going to be a drag.

hey man I was reading on ur old post that u had a 2310 superscored? Cause Duke looks at that, and if u do, I think ull be accepted

@jsbadger10 haha that was a post of mine from either junior or sophomore year, and the 2310 was what I was expecting to get based upon the PSAT and practice tests. I never really achieved that and I ended up a 100 points shy lol. But everything in this post is accurate, and reflects what I put my duke application. Thanks for the input!
