Chance me for ED??

I'm an incoming junior attending a Blue Ribbon High School in Southern California (top 10 public school in state), and I'm Korean-American. Emory is definitely my first choice school, and I'm planning to apply early decision. I know it's a reach, but I hope they consider my academic improvement junior year and I've heard that applying ED helps a lot (not sure if that's true). I'd really like to know if I have a chance; please give me honest feedback/suggestions, thanks!

no chance korean

Your ACT score is within the Emory middle 50%. Your ECs look impressive, especially things like sports team captain, class president and Eagle Scout as they show commitment and leadership. I’m not sure I understand your GPA. Is it 3.59 unweighted on a 4 point scale? If so, that would be a little low, but you would still have a shot. You need to get good recs, write compelling essays and show demonstrated interest–which you are probably doing by applying ED. Good luck!

I wouldnt send SAT Subject test, they are low… Other than that, I think you have a pretty good chance

Thanks for the responses!
