****Obviously, my stats are not spectacular, and I'm highly unlikely to get into top schools because of my lackluster academic/ extracurricular performance so far. But in truth, I feel that I have matured throughout high school, and through my experience working with lower-income kids and trying to teach them to enjoy education and learn I have learned myself the value of education--it is not just another "mandatory" qualification for success and a source of pride, it is the chance to improve oneself to become much greater. (sounds really corny but I REALLY feel this way ;x)

planning on applying ED to Northwestern IF it helps and I actually still have a shot of getting in ED lol :///

I see that you asked this question previously, before you had planned on taking the ED approach.
Your test scores are obviously strong, and your curriculum looks pretty challenging. Is a 3.7 GPA great? No, but it’s not bad either. As was previously noted in response to your earlier inquiry, your ECs are a bit on the light side, but given the strengths in your application, i definitely think that you would be the type of applicant who would have a better shot ED than RD. Go for it!
Good luck! And let us know what happens!

bumppppppp
