Chance me for ED

<p>okay so I am not the most spectacular student however</p>

<p>have a 3.95 GPA</p>

<p>AP:
Government
Maecronomics
Micronomics
Calculous
Language and Composition
Literature</p>

<p>Spanish for dual college credit</p>

<p>ACT: 31
SAT: Critical reading 780, Math 620 (yikes) Writing 650 (yikes again)</p>

<p>Have been part of Model UN for 3 years, manager of the club (got a varsity letter)
JSA for one year
Played flute for 9 years
Have a Horse (accomplished equestrian)</p>

<p>Community service:</p>

<p>100 hours of helping mentally and physically challenged kids horseback-ride
synagogue choir 50 hours
Was a camp counselor for free</p>

<p>Jobs:
Camp counselor every summer (5 years)</p>

<p>My essay is really good and my rec's shoudl be good.
Both my parents attended undergrad and graduate (one doctor one lawyer) at Emory</p>

<p>I realize I would probably not get in for RD, but do you think i have 50% chance for ED?</p>

<p>This wait until december 15 is going to be excrutiating</p>

<p>Pretty good chances, im sure you could probably have a good chance at RD too with your ACT score and your EC's look good. The legacies will also help so you're probably in.</p>

<p>Applying ED with a 1400/1600 SAT = you are in. An ACT score of 31 = 1360/1600 SAT. Either way, you are well qualified for Emory University.</p>

<p>Hey ColdWind how bout a 32 for RD, is that around the norm for admissions?</p>
