Chance me for ED1?

Hi guys- I did just post this the other day but just realized I should have posted it within the Middlebury thread in order to get more of a response from the community :) . I'm just going to copy paste what I already posted:

Thank you for anyone that takes the time to chance me!

if anything, i’d say you’re overqualified, which in this day in age, might be just as bad as being underqualified because colleges notice your potential, and won’t necessarily admit you because they assume you will be admitted elsewhere that is better

^ The OP has asked about her chances of being admitted ED1 so your indication that the Admissions committee might be concerned that she will be “admitted elsewhere that is better” seems wrong on 2 accounts. Firstly, if the student applies ED and is accepted he/she is required to withdraw all other apps so it is no concern. Secondly, where could she be admitted that would be better??? OK…not to jest, I think what Madsmile is really saying is that you have an excellent shot at being admitted at most schools to which you apply. You have put together an accomplished set of credentials, you have several strong hooks in being a URMx2 and an accomplished athlete. Of course conversations with coaches at any school to which you might apply would be in order and necessary for sports to become a real hook. Congratulations on a nice HS career and GL in your future endeavors. KD

I’d think you’d stand a good shot. I’m presuming you’re considering ED1 for next application season.

Upon further review, this has to be fake. You forgot to mention a physical disability too.

Well, that is not what this is about, but I have spent a lot of time at K-mart, Stowe, Smuggs, Jay, Hunter, Ice Face and Gore. Also, I have skied 5 weeks at St. ANTON. NONE…NONE COMPARE TO Alta, Snowbird, or even Deer Valley. Sorry, the “real” colleges are in the east, while the “real” skiing is in UT…
