So I know that this question has been asked by 1000's of people before, and I don't want to annoy anyone with this, but would like some opinions for my chances in getting into MIT's EECS PhD program...I would preferably like responses by those who are already in MIT's Grad program, or who are in an institution of similar caliber.

So here are my general stats...

School attended: Tier 2 state school
Undergrad: Bachelor in EE (GPA: 3.99), Bachelor in Physics (GPA: 3.99)
Grad: MS in EE (GPA: 4.0)
GRE: didn't take it (not required for MIT EECS)

Research exp: 1.5 years at undergrad institution
Work experience: 2.5 years of professional experience at fortune 500 company
Internship: 8 months at same fortune 500 company
T.A and tutored at my undergrad for Physics and Engineering courses

Publications: 1 (not first author)
Patent: 1 (provisional patent)
Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean
Awards: a bunch at my undergrad institution (about 10 awards)

A bunch of conference presentations at my undergrad institution, at my employment, and in Europe.

So what do you guys think? I really am putting all of my marbles into MIT's program because I don't see myself being anywhere else...This has been my dream school, and I know I would accomplish great things here...
