Hi everyone,
I'm an asian highschool graduate and plan to apply to the U of Minnesota. I don't have access to the SAT tests, and I think the U of M is a good match for my situation 'cause it doesn't require the SAT for international applicants. My school doesn't calculate GPA and class rank, instead my grade point average is calculated through 20 points (my senior year: 18.27). I was among the top 5-10% of the classroom. And I'm going to take the TOEFL asap, and I'm sure I get an impressive result.
In my 10th and 11th grade, I tutored students in Math, Physics and Chemistry, and of course, English.
I attended an English olympiad in 11th grade and I submitted 2nd place in first and second level of it.
I used to go to work during 9th and 10th grade and worked about 36-42 hours per week.
Started studying Engilsh as second language in 9th grade and made so much effort on making faster progress and continued going to extra curricular classes of English till the end of 11th grade (more than 6 hs class and 12 hs selfstudy per week).
Currently, I'm studying French as my 3rd language.
I'm currently a member of an Astronomy community in my city and go to weekly observations, and robotics, as well.
I'm working on some projects in physics and hope to accomplish sooner.

I appreciate every effort to spend time Chancing me, and thanks in advance.
