So what do you guys think? Should I even apply or is it too big of a reach? I'll chance you all back right away. Thank you!

From what I see you have a pretty good shot at getting in. The only thing that I see that would be a problem would be your GPA. But like you said, if you go to a really tough school I’m sure they’ll understand. You should definitely go ahead and apply! Chance me back and best of luck!

Strong applicant for Emory. Good luck!

You are a very strong applicant. Again, as previously stated, it is mainly your GPA, due to it being only 3.35 UW. Otherwise, you’re in. Go for it!! Nothing is too much of a reach.

Good Luck!!

You have a good shot kid.

I’d say you have a decent shot. A high match. Your GPA is the biggest issue, and your test scores are a liiiiitle low, but your EC’s are strong. You do a lot of sports! :O

GO FOR IT :D

I would say it’s a low reach because of your GPA. I totally understand the feeling bc mine is not stellar either. If you really want to go, stress it in your essays! Good luck and chance me back too :)

I seems like you have a great shot there! I’ll be surprised if they don’t accept you.
Chance me back?

wow really guys? I thought i wouldn’t have a shot at all. thanks guys!

You do have a legit good shot.
However, a little higher GPA will help.

Thanks and yeah I wish I didn’t mess up so badly freshman year. That’s why it’s so low. I’d have a 3.5 without it. anybody else?

mmm i’ve heard showing good interest in the school helps the admissions process a lot.

anybody else want to shed more light on my chances?

Oh and the reason why my GPA is so low is because of freshman year.

High match since you have an upward trend.

I would say that your test scores could be a few points higher and your GPA significantly higher, but you never know. They might look at your great ECs and admit you right away because you did all of them despite your extremely challenging courseload! Good luck!

Yeah. My biggest regrets without a doubt would have to be slacking off freshman year and then playing 3 sports my freshman year. I wish I could go back and tell myself to focus more on school and stick with 2 sports all the way through and then stick with debate all the way through as well. Anyways, nothing I can do now but wait.

Anybody else want to chance me?

happy weekend! looking for more chances! ill chance back!

more people please? :)

The only thing holding you back is the unweighted gpa but since you are in ib and took all those tough classes, they will be happy. Colleges do look at essay so just make that perfect and you will have a good shot. Good luck!
