What do my chances look like?

you have excellent scores/grades. your extracurriculars also look good, especially clarinet. I feel like your strengths in math and science really stand out and if you say your essay is one of the best you’ve ever written, then you have a great chance. girls typically have better chances in engineering, but the fact that your first generation may help. good luck! chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/cornell-university/1213369-im-little-obsessed-chance-me.html

Thanks! I’d say you have a good chance as well.

Bump! 10char

You have a 4.0 GPA, 36 on the ACT, high scores on the SAT Subject Tests, “awesome” recs and “the best essay.”

If you don’t have a chance, other people are completely screwed, aren’t they? (;

You’re in.

How would applying RD affect my chances?

It would less your chances, as much as anybody else applying RD would have a lower chance than those who apply ED.
