Chance me for engineering schools

So, my GPA sucks. Like really badly.

Gpa 3.3/4.3
ACT 35(projected)
AP Classes
-AP Stats 5(projected)
What I plan on doing
-AP Physics(Self Study)
-AP Calc AB
-Any other suggestions? I'll pretty much have to self study them all because my school likes sports more then education
EC -
I am starting up an aquaponics greenhouse at my school this spring and for next year, hoping to provide all the iceberg lettuce for the daily salad at my school.
-Captain of JETS team and TEAMS team.
-1st Place entrepenur prize for my county
-Admin of a 700+ engineering website
Academic Achievements
-Scored highest in my school on the PLAN
-Scored a 270+ on Math MCAS

IDK if this means anything but my freshman year of highschool was at a tech school and I was there for engineering. I didn't get stellar academic grades which is what kind of put me in a ditch for my GPA. Engineering is my passion, and it's definately what I want to pursue in higher education

Colleges
1. Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering(Dream School)
2. WPI
3. RPI
4. WIT
5. Rose Hulman Institute of technology
6. Georgia Institute of Technology

Safeties
1.UMASS Amherst

Possible Transfers in future
1. MIT
2. Cal Tech

Now, as said prior, my GPA is absolutely terrible. What is my best thing I can do right now for highschool? What's something I should do for summer? I plan on taking some college courses at a local community college, but I am also interested in summer programs at some of the colleges I would like to go to. Now, right now I am really heavily focused on doing whatever it take to get into Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering because you can NOT transfer into there. Any advice would be amazing, and if you could chance me based off this basic info that'd be great.

Basically all of the strong aspects here are hypothetical. Come back when you have more “real” data…

It doesn’t matter if it’s real or not. Pretend it’s not hypothetical, I still would like an answer.
