Chance me for Engineering schools?

Hey,
I'm a senior, (class of 2014), and I attend a very competitive specialized high school in NYC (Bronx Science). I'm still not certain about which schools I want to apply for but my tentative list stands at: RPI, Boston University, U of Michigan, Case Western Reserve, and a few safety schools, Hofstra, Stonybrook. I plan on getting my Masters in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.

Asian, Male, First-Generation to go to College.
GPA: 91.8 UW (3.6 ish?), not sure about weighted.
I am unable to find my ranking on naviance and we dont really talk about them too much but i can see myself in approximately lower 25%.
SAT superscore: 2100, 1400 on m+v
SAT II: Math2:780, Physics: 600 (retaking in nov)

Junior Year:
AP US History (4)
AP Computer Science (4)
AP Psychology (5)

Senior Year:
AP Physics C (both E and M)
AP Calculus BC
AP Statistics
AP Comparative Gov.

And here are my weak Extra Curriculars.
177 hours of Community Service
1 year in a student run Physical Science Journal club.
Photography club for about a year.

I have somewhat ok recs from my APUSH teacher and my AP CompSci teacher.

So what are my chances of getting into these schools? On naviance, most of them are basically match schools in terms of grades but i fear that my extracurriculars would break the deal for me. Which other schools do you think I'll have a good chance of getting into, preferably in the Northeastern Region of the US?

RPI CSW BU Decent shot with a 2100.

Stony : Safety :)

UMich : :X A little higher?
