4 rec letters-
Counselor -
seems to like me well enough but idk about her letter. Likely to be very generic or at least “good enough.”
Junior year calculus and english teachers -
Both like me alot and I’m fairly certain that they’re both very good letters. Both teachers would have flat out said no to my request if they knew they could not write a good letter for me.
GLOWING rec letter from the founder and CEO of the organization that runs the school in China I volunteer at over the summer.
I think my essays are pretty good too - talks about how I grew from a shy and timid middle schooler into a competent public speaker and leader. I was also very specific with what sort of programs I was interested in at the University and made it very clear to my HAIL interviewer I was interested in doing things like the solar car and Formulae SAE teams.
Thanks!
Extra- My biggest worry is the low GPA. I hope my leadership positions in my EC’s and rec letters can help me out.
