Your scores/GPA are definitely at par- if not more- as far as statistics is considered. Moreover, u definitely have an awesome chance as a female in CS (assuming u r applying for computer science, from the UCO award). I believe the in-state funda shall compensate for all other drawbacks to slide u to Tech. Best of Luck and Chill- what u can only do is just wait.
