Letters of Recommendation:
-3 (AP Lang teacher, AP Bio teacher, and Varsity tennis coach.)
-Not sure how strong they are. I waived my rights to see them and so have respected that pledge and did not ask my teachers about my letters. But there's a reason why I asked them so I'm counting on the fact that they're good.

Essays:
-Common App essay is fairly strong. I may be being too humble or too generous in my evaluation but my college counselor worked through them with me and we were both satisfied with the finished product.

Anyone have any thoughts or opinions?

I am very similar to you. 28 ACT, 3.61 unweighted GPA (I’m in the Advanced Program at a top private high school in Kentucky). I also had far fewer extracurriculars than you as I work 30 hours a week. I had an excellent essay and letter of recommendation. I was accepted Early Action. I live in Kentucky and went to New York for their President’s Open House in the fall, and I spoke with Patricia Peek, the director of Admissions, while I was there. I also sent a thank you letter in the mail after attending the open house. I think all of those things really helped in my acceptance as they knew Fordham was my top choice. You have a solid chance at getting in, good luck!

Anyone can chance themselves for most schools – see where your stats fall relative the school’s “middle 50,” which is the 25th to 75th percentile of acceptances. The middle 50 is where the bulk of acceptances are. Similarly, for schools that provide merit aid, those above the 75th percentile generally have the greatest chances of receiving those awards.

Of course, for highly selective schools, whether one is in the middle 50 or not, getting in is a bit of a lottery, with many fewer students of more-or-less equivilent high stats rejected. In addition, those schools provide aid for financial need, only, and no merit aid. Fordham is selective, but not among those highly-selective schools, so the middle 50 provides an excellent, if not fail-safe, guide.

Lyndak, you have done well and seems to have had some great experiences. Best wishes for acceptance at Fordham.
