Chance me for Georgetown and Tufts?

I'm applying as a transfer, and my application partly rests on how much weight these schools put on my SATs. I applied to other colleges, and American University already responded (accepted with honors).

Objective:
• SAT I (breakdown): 1630 - 510 CR, 580 MTH, 540 WRT
• Unweighted High School GPA (out of 4.0): 3.96
• Unweighted College GPA (out of 4.0): 3.94 with 36 credits
• HS Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): Top 10%
• AP (place score in parenthesis): English (4), Spanish (4)
• Senior Year Course Load: AP English, AP Spanish, Statistics, French, Earth Science, US History
• Course Load During My Last Semester in College: Spanish 301, Spanish 302, German 102, Educational Psychology 250, Math 103, Writing 120, Spanish 320 (this was Spring 2011, I passed them all with A's)
• Letters of Recommendation: 3 from professors (Spanish, French, and German) and 1 from my employer. I'm sure they all said great things about me.
• Academic Interest: Foreign Languages, Linguistics

Subjective:
• Extracurriculars: My high school had few opportunities for this, but I was my HS counselor's assistant and helped organize my high school for the Puerto Rico college entry exams. (PEAU)
• Job/Work Experience: Full-time employment at a convenience store for 8 months so far.

Other:
• State (if domestic applicant): PA / PR
• School Type: Public
• Ethnicity: Latino
• Gender: M
• Income Bracket: Bottom. <$20k
• Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.): URM, polyglot, first generation, grew up in Puerto Rico and attended high school there; I didn't move until shortly before my 18th birthday when I began attending college.

Was the SAT taken in high school? That’s slightly low for Georgetown and Tufts, but as you’re a transfer, I think that it can be overlooked due to your extremely high GPA and good AP Scores, and the fact that you’re Latino helps.

What are the ECs you do in college?

With the info you provided now, I’d say that Tufts and Georgetown are both low reaches for you – You have a fair shot at either of them.

In college, I participated in several foreign language clubs and we made trips to New York City and Washington DC for museums, but I didn’t get any leadership positions or things like that. I tried to get a tutoring job in campus but their budget was too low and we ended up spending a semester with no Spanish tutors :/

And yes, I took the SATs back when I was in high school in Puerto Rico. During the Georgetown interview, I was given a chance to explain a weak part of my application and I made sure to point that out, and the fact that I’ve made a lot of progress since then (which can be reflected in my college GPA and my essays).

Any other opinions? Responses should start arriving within two weeks or so and I’m becoming increasingly anxious. :S
