I am very confident that my teacher recommendations and my essay will be strong.
I know that my test scores are low, but I'm studying for my SATIIs all summer so they are likely to be quite good (700+).

I think your GPA is good, but I think it really depends more on your weighted GPA and your class rigor.

Your extra curricular’s are good :)

Try to raise your SAT score, and you’ll be at a good place. It might be a bit of a reach, but if you get straight A’s next year and at least a 2100-2200 on your SAT, you should be fine. Try to raise that math score of yours; if you study enough and learn some good calculator tricks, you can raise it no problem!

I’d suggest retaking the ACT as well as the SAT, because you never know. Your ECs aren’t bad but they don’t seem to have any clear focus. Having a leadership position is great, but without other eco-related work it might seem contrived. That said, your GPA is great and, though your APs aren’t too great, APs generally don’t have much emphasis placed on them. Keep working hard during your senior year, and good luck!

If I were you I’d focus on two things. 1st, you need to raise your math score to at least 650. 2nd, you need to develop a pattern in your EC’s that adcoms can easily identify. Your EC’s seem rather generic and you want your application to be distinctive/memorable. Maybe try to find some more EC’s related to neuroscience or science in general.
