Chance me for Georgia Tech & these southan' skools!!!!

I'm a high school senior who lives in Maine. I was defered from G-Tech in December and I'm waiting to here back. I recently wrote them a letter 1 week ago telling them that they were my #1 school and that I would definitly enroll if I was accepted. I also talked about school and awards I won.

Schools I'm applying to:
University of Georgia-
University of Florida-
University of Miami-
Florida State-
Clemson-
Georgia Tech-

My stats:
GPA: 88.33/100 which converts to 3.33/4. I don't know my exact G-tech calculated GPA. My schedule consist of 3/5 honors classes and 2/5 CP classes. All my honors class are in Science and Math. I'm taking engineering my senior year. I have a 95 in that class. I am also taking two math classes my senior year, FST and pre-calc.

SAT(Superscored):
Math: 730
Critical Reading: 590
Writing: 500

Georgia Tech doesn't look at writing so I have a 1320/1600

EC'S:
Football (9-12), Captain of team senior year
Baseball (9, 12)
Track (10, 11)
Tennis (11)
Science Team (11)
Won a top history student award for grade in 11th grade
Won various football awards, including leadership awards.
Work as a dishwasher at Country club 20hr/s a week during school year and 30 hr/s week in summer. I have been promoted to cook.
Volunteered at a food pantry before senior year for 60 hr/s.
Shadowed with several specialty doctors in a hospital during summer before senior year for a week.

So what do you think. Does being OOS help me @ georgia and georgia tech since everyone is competing for the HOPE scholarship? Any honest chances would be great.

I'm not quite sure about your stats.
I know UF really focuses on GPA and test scores, and I do know they do not accept neither the ACT or SAT scores without writing.

Off the record, I hope that you proofread your letter to Georgia Tech.

I answered in the GT forum.

What's your intended major? There aren't many programs that those schools share in common.

i'd say you have pretty good chance, though i think your chances would be even better as a female, just because they dont get as many female applicants.
make sure you have a back up though, because although your stats (especially the engineering class) seem pretty decent, i wouldn't say youre a shoe-in.
as far as UGA.. your stats (except SAT) are better than mine. so i hope you get in, haha!
chance me for UGA please?
