I'm only a junior right now, but I'm already nervous about getting into my No.1 choice, GA Tech. I haven't had success determining what my alternatives ought to be, so I'd appreciate some suggestions.

GPA: 3.69 UW (one of the top 4 schools in GA, maximum number of AP classes taken, independent study in Applied Physics)
SAT: 2110 (Math 780, will test at least once or twice more)
ACT: 32 (Reading 35, expecting results from my second attempt soon, will test again)
ECs by grade:
9th: soccer
10th: Varsity letter in Track and Field
11th: Track and Field, Model Arab League
Senior Year to-do list: STUCO Secretary, Varsity Tennis, Model Arab League
Fluent German, have 4 years of French under my belt
I have lived in 6 countries: Thailand, US, Germany, Korea, Vietnam, India (Now back in US)
I have a good bit of Community and Service done.
Also, certain personal issues, adjustment to moving to US after being on the opposite end of the world for so long, parents divorce, therapy, etc. are the reason my grades slumped when I came to the US half-way through 9th grade (moving to a new school from anywhere at that time is a bit of a challenge)

Just curious as to how I would do should I apply. My GPA is steadily growing and I'm optimistic about improvement on my test scores. Should I take the subject tests, or will AP exams suffice? Thanks!
