Chance me for Georgia Tech?

I think it's a bit of a reach for me. What do you think?
I'm an African American/Asian male who lives in Georgia.
I go to a public high school
My unweighted GPA is 3.45
My weighted GPA is 3.79
I've take mostly all AP/honors for core classes and by graduation, I will have taken 7 AP classes including AP calculus AB and BC.
Got a 1910 on my SAT (first time) 620- Math (kinda low for engineer majors :/) 630 -CR and 660- Writing.

Extracurricular
Varsity Tennis - 1 year
Band member - 3 years
Business Law Student of the Year - 1 year
Honor Roll - 3 years
Beta Club - 1 year
National Honor Society - 1 year
Worked at Kroger - 2 months

Also, my brother is an alumnus. I'm not sure how much that helps, but it must account for something because they did ask for family alumni on the application.
So, what do you guys think is my chance of getting in?

Don’t be afraid to be realistic with me. I personally don’t think I will get in, but I think i have a small chance.

Yes, it will be hard for because your grades and test scores are on the low side. If you raise your test scores to 2100+ I think you will have a decent shot. Good luck with everything and chance me back too!

He’s African American, he’ll get in.

GT doesn’t look at race on your application. That’s just for statistics  GPA is on the lower side. You’ve got a shot. I think it’ll come down to your essay tbh. Chance me back, I’m looking at GT too  GL

BTW, is business law student of the year a school wide, county wide, etc. If you’re like a county / state winner that would help a good bit.
