<p>**And also, I am not considered as Georgia resident YET because I moved to Georgia from Texas in June 2012. As of Feburary 2013, it has been 7 months since I have been in Georgia. I will graduate from Georgia high school, and I will gain my Georgia residency in 5 months before the enrollment. Do you guys think the admission people would basically consider me as "in-state" although I am OOS in my application?</p>
