Chance me for Georgia Tech?

I applied early action, but was wondering how I would stand out against the other applicants?

GPA (unweighted): 3.9014

Top 13% of my class.

9-10 grade: all pre-IB (basically honor) courses.
11-12: all IB courses (diploma candidate)

SAT: 1930 (Georgia tech takes superscore, right?)

1 teacher recommendation (he was my Java teacher; trying to pursue a degree in technology-related field, but I signed up for business administration so I can learn some information system stuff) - I think it was good? I got a glimpse and he rated me pretty high...

Extracurricular activities: 3 years tutor for illiterate students; secretary of MESA; key club member

Ethnicity (if this even matters...): Asian

Gender (again, not sure if this factors into admission process): female

Intended major: business administration

College essay: I had over 10 people go over it and they all basically said the same thing: that it was original and unique and kept your attention going. I think the prompt was about a place that makes you feel happy and rather than responding with something physical, I described something from my imagination.

I'm freaking out right now because I don't think I have the grades to get in. I heard GT is extra selective this year. Are my chances good?

anyone…?

I don’t like to chance others because I’m applying to Georgia Tech EA as well, but all I can tell you was that last year’s SAT average was a 2150, and it’s expected to go up even higher this year. Your GPA is fine, (GT doesn’t look at class rank), but to me your extra curriculars seem pretty minimal. Females have a slightly higher acceptance rate than males, so that might help you. Good luck, and hopefully we’ll see each other at GT next year!
