<p>So I am midway into this college application process, and I would like to hear some feedback from others who have applied to the schools I am looking at/what my chances are. Here are my stats, please post back! </p>
<p>SAT: 750 CR, 675 Math, 700 Writing so 2125 composite (1425 on the 1600 scale)
SAT II: US History 750, will be taking English and Spanish tests also!
AP: US History 5, English III 5
ACT: 30 composite
GPA: 5.4 weighted, 3.6 unweighted </p>
<p>Extra Curricular: Varsity XC, Varsity Track and Field, VP of Spanish club, Junior Warden of Chapel program (equivalent to VP), 4 year Vestry member, 3 Year SGA Officer --Secretary/Treasurer, Food Administration, Judicial Board (student disciplinary trial system), Model UN, Youth and Government</p>
<p>Awards: Everett Whitehurst Powell Scholarship for Study Abroad, NHS, National Spanish Honor Society </p>
<p>Hook: Studied Abroad in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, worked in an orphanage, built homes in Mexico </p>
<p>Comm Service: youth mentor, work with elderly handicapped, habitat for humanity </p>
<p>Now, let me tell you which schools i'm looking at:
Reach: Georgetown, Tufts University, UVA
50/50: George Washington, Boston College, Boston University, Bates College, UNC-Chapel Hill
Safety: American University</p>
