Chance me for Harvard, Columbia, Cornell, Duke, Vandy etc. Will definitely chance back!

Alright so I'm a junior, and I'm just trying to see what type of schools I should be applying to in the coming year.
If you would possibly chance me for Harvard (my number one reach school), Columbia, Cornell, Duke, Vanderbilt, University of Chicago, Northwestern, Stanford, UC Berkeley, John Hopkins, Baylor, NYU, UNC Chapel Hill or suggest any other schools that seem like a good fit for me that'd be super cool. (will be a pre med/ bio or chem major)

ACT: 35
SAT: not taken....should I take it? I would assume it to be around 2200 maybe 2300 (bad at vocab)
SAT Subjects: Math II (800) Chemistry (780)
GPA: unweighted- 3.99 weighted- 4.167
Class Rank: 5, will move up to 1 or 2 after this year because I am taking more AP courses than most people in my grade
AP Classes: (because of our block scheduling, the maximum amount of APs you can take a year is 2, but they have made exceptions for 3; freshman year you can take none, and sophomore year it is rare for someone at our school to even take one)
Sophomore - AP Calculus BC (5)
Junior- AP Comparative Govt, AP US Govt, AP Chemisty, also took Calc 3 at a university
Senior- will take: AP Physics, AP Biology, AP US History, another high level calculus class at university
EC:
General Council (all years) (LOTS of volunteer and charity work)
Student Council President (senior) *** running unopposed
Student Council Vice President (junior)
2015 Class VP (freshman and sophomore year)
Volleyball
DECA
Spanish Club
Wisconsin Leadership Seminar Alumni (one student from each school- went to leadership seminar but alumni are a volunteer organization)
NHS (possibly running for VP next year? Should I?)
Wisconsin Association of School Councils Delegate (education on the importance of leadership)
Wisconsin Regional Leadership Conference (will be 4 Years)
Wisconsin State Leadership Conference (will be 4 Years)
2015 Co Chair for Wisconsin Association of School Councils State Competitions
OB Ambassador (Volunteer) at nearby hospital
Standardized Test Prep Tutor (run my own classes)
AP Calculus Teacher's Assistant (Volunteer)
Piano
Health Career Academy (shadow different professions at hospital)
**Will be attending a research program over the summer at a university, not sure which one yet -- maybe enter into Intel or Siemens????
(our school does not have any academic clubs as I go to a public school whose main focus is on athletics. I am in the process of founding a math team though. It may be up and running by the end of the year)

I know I probably seem like a typical honors student type of applicant, so do you guys know what I can do to maybe make my application a little more outstanding while still staying true to who I am and not just showing up to random clubs' meetings and pretending that I am interested?
Thanks so much!

Harvard & Columbia: Reach
Cornell & Duke: Low reach
Vandy: Match

Chance back?
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1617746-chance-for-ivy-s-northwestern-duke-michigan-stanford-and-more-will-chance-back.html#latest

Firstly, you totally don’t need SAT if you already have ACT. If you haven’t already, take a practice test just to see how high your score can get. If its lower than your ACT equivalent then don’t worry about it.

So I think that most of the choices that you want are somewhat reaches. And I say this not because of your scores or extracurriculars, just because they’re selective schools! If you were only to apply to these schools I don’t think you would be guaranteed admission to any of them.

That being said, I think if you applied to these schools plus 2 matches and a safety your list would be perfect. I think there is quite a chance that you would be accepted to these schools.

Also, your intended major and college within each school makes a difference. If you are applying into the college of arts and sciences somewhere with an undecided major your app will be less scrutinized then someone applying to Wharton at UPenn for example, whose math scores will be looked at closely.

If you’re a girl and you’re interested in engineering be sure to indicate that, some schools like Stanford for example are eager to have more girls in STEM programs (so I’ve heard).

Harvard: Super Reach
Columbia: Super reach
Duke: Super reach (Applying ED makes a huge difference though)
Cornell: reach
Vandy: reach (Apply EDII if your EDI doesn’t work out & you’re super interested)
University of Chicago: reach
Northwestern: reach (Selectivity ranges on which major you’re applying to)
Stanford: Super reach
UC Berkeley: Reach/Match. Instate/Out of State matters.
John Hopkins: Reach/Match
Baylor: I don’t know enough about this school.
NYU: match, Stern is harder to get into but I’m sure you could do it
UNC Chapel Hill: match if you’re instate, reach if you’re out

Schools to Consider:
UPenn - ED makes a difference
Georgetown - Wonderful for poly sci, pre-law, great for internships while studying
Boston College - well respected
Emory - I’ve heard people get amazing jobs after graduation, notabel business school
Rice - especially if you are interested in STEM classes
UCLA - especially for medical
Dartmouth - why not?
Brown - Especially selective. Super reach.
Wash U in St. Louis - World renowned medical/science programs
USC - A great school with loyal alums who are known to give amazing jobs to graduates, a match school for you (pretty much a safety), and you’ll have an amazingly fun collegiate experience
