Chance me for Harvard, Penn, Cornell, Brown...

@mehta93 where are u from? do you plan to go there?

go where umiami? yes, I do. But I have to wait for the ivy day to learn about other colleges’ decisions…

My gut tells me you are in a very strong position relative to other ivy league students. Cornell you’re in, Dartmouth you’re in. Penn, probably 85%. Harvard, 75%. The others, no problem.

Thanks HADC10

:)

Hey, very good/solid numbers, you’re academically solid so all you have to worry about is standing out, overall you look like a tough candidate to pass on, those extracurriculars look stable too, good luck!

Thanks cheesedude
I chanced you back!

:)

Bumpyyy!!!

With your stats, you have a good chance at any school you apply to. All the schools except for Ivies, you’re a strong applicant. You’re also a strong candidate at the Ivies, but Ivy acceptance always is a crapshoot and comes down to sheer luck!

Good luck, you’ll go to a great school for sure. :)

Thanks missiris
I chanced you back!

:)

Bumpitooooo

A 35 ACT is a 2340 SAT at best (I have seen it listed as equivalent to a 2330). A 36 ACT is only around a 2380 or maybe a 2390. I think you have a decent shot of getting into an Ivy. I definitely do not agree with one of the above posters about your chance at Harvard being 75%. I think its very hard to chance someone for such a high ivy. I think you have a shot at HYPSM, but I would not be surprised if you didn’t get into any of them. I think you will probably get into an Ivy. International students that apply for financial aid are also usually judged at a higher standard than their American counterparts. Your ECs are interesting. Depending on how you presented them, they could look a tad generic. To be honest, I don’t think you are at quite the level of a Harvard international student. I do think that you have a decent shot of getting into at least one of the ivies you applied to.
Chance me back?

Thanks for your honesty TheIllusionist

I have chanced you back!! :)

The SAT score range i gave was based on wikipedia way back last year… which seems to have been changed recently:

X-------------------------------------X
-SAT- -ACT- -%TILE-
2380–2400 36 99%
2290–2370 35 99%
2220–2280 34 99%

Bumppppino

Just another bump.

.&&bump&&.

bummmmmmpppp

.b.u.m.p.

…

Your stats are solid, but your major might make it a bit hard to get into, just because that field is so competitive for the IVYs… good luck though, they come out soon, so you shouldn’t worry too much!
