It’s great that you’re at/near the top at your HS and that you did well on your ACT, but ECs aren’t quite Harvard-quality. It doesn’t help that you would be applying as the most discriminated against demographic when it comes to ivy admissions (asian from Cali). Hopefully you have/will apply to other schools you would be happy with.

What will make you stand out for Harvard?

Great grades, great test scores, good ECs. ECS don’t stand out that much, but what will really matter are letters of recommendation and your essays. The letters should generally say you were among the best, if not the best student the teachers ever had. The essays should grab the reader emotionally and never let go, but not as a tear-jerker,

Even then, with all that, your chances are modest.
