OTHER:
- Recommendations will be OK, but not stellar.
- Participating in US Chem Olympiad this year.
- No particular passions- genuinely curious about everything I do though.

no middle school stuff, only the most important high school stuff.

As for EC boosters: what’s your intended major? maybe do something in the summer that’s realted to it. IF your curious, do something that provides for more intellectual curiosity.
Show them that you take advantage, and create your own opportunities.

Why is your PSAT score so different from your SAT score?

why are you lacking any awards in Piano since 2009?

Everything looks fantastic except you are slightly lacking in the community service region… If at all possible, look for more opportunities to help out because some-not most-people have over 400 hours of volunteering. I am not saying you need that many hours, far from it. However, try to at least gain over 100 hours of service.

Yes, no middle school stuff. Colleges want to evaluate you on what you’ve done throughout high school.

Academics, looks like SATs are good, however do you know your class rank and also is your school competitive (as in sends fair amount of kids to ivies)? The context would be useful.

Assuming academics are ok, ecs are not too impressive. Though you have some leadership, it doesn’t seem like you have solid positions like presidencies. Community service is kind of weak, and the activities are kind of bland for an Asian. I guess you have some awards though which can help.

Harvard, MIT, Princeton look to be fair reaches. Stanford would be, but it seems like legacy may be able to help you out a little. Sorry I’m being a little harsh, see if you can secure some lead positions in your activities and continue to do well.

Thanks for the comments. I bombed the PSAT, no idea how, did worse than I ever have in my life.

I’m lacking in piano awards since 2009 because I got a hand injury, couldn’t really play after that.

Some updates: Won 2nd place in local piano competition 2012, Captain of Math Team, Captain of Debate Team, Vice President Interact Club, US Chemistry Olympiad 2012 semifinalist

your GPA out of 4 is 3.99

Yes but OP is a NATIONAL finalist for MATCHCOUNTS… very impressive and I would definitely put that on your application.
