can’t really tell if @MeIsHM is just messing with you or not….
I think youre chances are as good as anyone’s! Your test scores can’t really get much better and you show commitment and passion for your extracurriculars. If you write good essays that really show who you are to the adcoms, I think you should get in to at least one of those schools!!!
Best of luck :)

*** is wrong with you guys? 35 is low? 2 800’s are low? Your chances for these schools are very good. Please don’t listen to these trolls. However, don’t expect to get into all the schools you mentioned because that would be kinda impossible, since they’re reaches for literally anyone. However, I think you will get into at least one of the schools you mentioned (probably washu, Cornell and Northwestern, with the rest being reaches since they are ultra selective). Anyways, just do very well on the essays. Try to focus on non-cliche topics

@Classof208: The 35 on the ACT will not count because it was taken without Writing, so most, if not all, of the schools listed by the OP will only consider the 33, not the 35. I’m not saying that the 33 is bad, I just wanted to clarify.

all of the schools that OP mentioned want audio recording, not video. Actually, you most likely won’t be able to upload any video recordings in Slideroom due to the size limitation.

These people are silly. Those scores won’t keep you out. EC’s look good but not outstanding. My guess is you’re solid but nobody is a shoo-in at these places, and you can’t get in if you don’t apply–good luck…

If I send in a recording of me playing piano, will it help my chances? I’d like to think my piano recording is very good, and have gotten very positive feedback from music teachers and musicians.

It’s hard to say. All reaches from your stats right now. However, I think you have a decent shot if you applied yourself to the essays and other intangibles. Wish u all the best.

Stats are good, but ECs are generic. Without anything really unique, you are going to fall into the “Smart Asian Student” trap. If schools wanted all of their students to be like this, they could have that, but they obviously don’t. Try doing something to make you stand out. Restore an old muscle car. Get an internship at Blackwater.
