I plan on going into medicine or business.

That's it....and also, if anyone could give me some advice on financial aid that would be super...

my total family income is $120,000 with my mom, dad, grandpa, and me living together...

wow your key club positions stand out since they are not positiosn within the club and invovle the district.....I would say, write very passionate essays and you'll get in?

can u answer my post about nominations? thanks

In at UPenn
In at Stanford if you write good essays
Reject at Harvard

not to be arrogant or anything... but if i can get into stanford then there is a very good chance for me to get into Harvard, too....

I mean the admission rates for both are about equal...

I think you should apply.

You'll probably get into at least one of HSPenn. In at Washington easily.

In at Penn (if you apply to A&S, toss-up if you apply to Wharton)
Reject at Harvard/Stanford

Why not apply to some schools that are between Harvard and your state university? For example: UC-Berkeley, WashU, Johns Hopkins

I don't plan on applying to 2nd tier schools because UW is such a great safety...especially because I'm interested in medicine.

Can u guys post some reasons for the acceptances and rejections...please

Is it because of my rank, scores, E/C, etc that's causing me to get these rejections?
Assume i write a good essay and get good recommendations.

Another Key Club Ltg. Awesome. Me too!

Average stats for the schools you are applying to. Over represented ethnic group. Not a lot of leadership or other outstanding honors. The stuff you have is good, it just looks like many, many other applicants. Given that, you have a 4% shot. That's about the average good kid shot that's not hooked in some way.
