well it looks like you definitely have your academics up to par but there are some flaws in the rest of your “application”. yes youve taken rigorous courses, gotten As, and have done well on your standardized tests, but what is your passion? you have ECs but none of them really show what you LOVEEE to do. Every single kid who applies to the colleges that your applying to will have the same GPA, SAT/Act scores, course rigor as you so in order to stand out from the crowd you need to make yourself glow as a unique individual. The best thing going for you at the moment in your elite like soccer program and skills, and your instrumental skills. I could be completely wrong though, but if so its because you only told us what youve accomplished so far in your life, not who you are as a person, and when you apply to colleges of that caliber thats exactly what you need to do in your essays and interviews because otherwise you’re just another fish in the see.

Sources: Im applying to MIT, Cornell, Georgia tech, Univ of Penn, Carnegie Mellon and CalTech… been researching for years now and have personal relationships with people who get perfect SATs/valedictorian- apply to ivies and top notch schools like MIT and get rejected, solely because they dont display a passion or uniqueness.

I know I need to improve my act to at least a 32 and I forgot to say I am in medical mentoring in which only a select few were selected to mentor doctors. I am good at essays and have gotten excellent letters of recommendation from previous occasions. Im scared I’ll get rejected. What’s is your passion and how do u display it?
