Chance me for Harvard

I am currently a sophomore, I have a 4.0, this next year a 4.2 projected GPA. I run cross country, I do speech and debate Got 1st last year at state in student congress, and one a dozen tournaments. Participate in Mayors youth advisory board(MYAB) about 2 hours of community service a week talking about issues in the community and trying to solve them. Also do YAC Washington county advisory board 2 hours of community service in two weeks. Will probably be on these boards for high school career.
Going to do DECA
World quest
going to start mock trial team
Best attribute is that I am a direct legacy to Harvard raising my chances to 52%.
Honors in all subjects I can

same 7.5% chance as anyone else…

harvard is a complete crapshoot when it comes to admission. i know a guy who got accepted into harvard and princeton with 2200 SAT scores, 4.0 GPA, and great ec’s (he was poor and was from a single-parent family so that was definitely a factor) but he was also rejected from yale, stanford, and mit.
on the contrary, i know a guy who did not get into harvard or princeton and he had a perfect 2400 sat score, was the valedictorian of his class, participated in athletics and had great ec’s with a 4.0 gpa. he was also poor, but not from a single-parent household…maybe that could have been a factor? however, he still made it into an ivy.
obviously minority status and other uncontrollable things play a part in the process, but my point is that when you’re dealing with colleges like harvard or stanford, you can’t really know what the outcome is gonna be.

My parents are divorced if that counts for anything

Harvard uses your unweighted GPA- is that 4.0 UW or weighted? Any test scores yet? Are you recruitable for xcountry?

You’re a sophomore right now; you don’t have nearly enough data for us to use to chance you. Come back in 2 years, and then CC people can more accurately chance you (though Harvard is a crapshoot for everybody).
