UChicago - match/high match
HYPSM/Caltech - low reach/ low match just because they are who they are and Harvard is #1 in Bio. Caltech because you are OOS
But, you are a brilliant candidate.
( lol here I’m NJ 224 is the qualifying score for national merit semi finalist)

All reaches. UChicago’s accept rate is a little higher than the others at 8.4%, but that’s still low enough that it would still be a reach.
With that said, you look pretty damn good. I’d say HYPSM + Caltech are low reaches (best you can get) and that Chicago is a high match/low reach.
Consider Columbia. It’s a peer school of the aforementioned with a damn good engineering program.

Thanks for the replies! For EA, I’m thinking of applying to Caltech, MIT, and UChicago. Would you suggest one of the ivies instead that has SCEA? I don’t really want to apply early to a binding ed program
